The Studio
Whether it's recording an orchestra, mixing on a console, tracking pop vocals, singer songwriters demoing out their new song, or a band looking to tighten up their performance; our studio has you covered. Whatever your need is, we have it covered in any of our 10 studio spaces. We also have 15 free parking spaces along the building as well as a free parking lot behind the building that can hold 30-40 cars.

Booking & Pricing
You can book directly through our website by clicking "Book Now" and selecting your preferred date, time, and room. For first-timers, we recommend scheduling a free tour first so we can help you choose the perfect space for your project.
Rates vary by room and service type. Recording studios start at competitive hourly rates, with block booking discounts available. Rehearsal rooms offer flexible hourly rates perfect for practice sessions. Contact us for detailed pricing tailored to your specific needs.
Yes! We offer discounted rates for block bookings and project packages. Whether you're recording an album or need regular rehearsal time, we can create a custom package that fits your budget and timeline.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand plans change, so reach out as soon as possible and we'll work with you.
Studios & Equipment
All our studios come fully equipped with professional-grade microphones, preamps, monitors, and DAW workstations. Studio A features a large-format console perfect for tracking full bands. Check our individual studio pages for complete equipment lists.
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own instruments, pedals, plugins, or outboard gear. Our rooms are designed to integrate seamlessly with external equipment. Just let us know ahead of time if you need any special setup assistance.
Studio A is perfect for full-band tracking and orchestral recordings. Studio B works great for overdubs and vocal production. Our Production Suites are ideal for singer-songwriters and electronic production. Book a free tour and we'll help you choose!
Yes! We have experienced engineers available for hire, or you're welcome to bring your own. You can also self-engineer if you prefer. Our staff is always available to help with technical questions or setup needs.
Rehearsal Rooms
All rehearsal rooms include PA systems, microphones, stands, and cables. Backline options (drums, amps, keyboards) are available upon request. Just plug in and play—no need to haul gear unless you want to use your own.
Yes! Our rehearsal rooms offer flexible hourly bookings. While we recommend booking in advance for your preferred time slot, we often have same-day availability. Check our online booking system or give us a call.
Rehearsal rooms have a minimum booking of one hour. This gives you enough time to set up, rehearse, and break down comfortably. Longer sessions and recurring bookings receive discounted rates.
Services
Absolutely. We provide professional mixing, mastering, vocal tuning, and editing services. Whether you recorded with us or elsewhere, we can take your tracks to the next level. We also handle podcast and audiobook post-production.
Yes! We offer production services including beatmaking, co-writing, pre-production, and song development. Our team can help shape your sound and bring your creative vision to life from concept to final mix.
We deliver in any format you need—WAV, MP3, FLAC, or whatever specifications your project requires. All deliverables meet industry standards for streaming, CD, vinyl, or broadcast. Digital delivery via cloud storage included.
Parking & Access
Yes! We have 15 free parking spaces along the building plus a free parking lot behind the building that holds 30-40 cars. Parking is complimentary for all clients during their session. Load-in and load-out is easy with close access.
We're flexible! Our standard hours accommodate most schedules, and we offer extended hours and overnight sessions by arrangement. Just let us know your timeline when booking and we'll make it work.
Yes, The Foundry is fully accessible. All studios and common areas are wheelchair-friendly with no barriers. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know when booking so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
Education
We offer Masterclasses covering specific production and engineering techniques, plus our "Run the Room" sessions that provide hands-on experience with professional equipment. Programs are designed for all skill levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Not at all! We offer courses for complete beginners as well as advanced workshops for experienced engineers and producers. Each class description includes the recommended experience level so you can find the right fit.
