Let’s Close The Walls!

This week we did our final walk-through of the building before closing up the walls! We were checking to make sure we have the best isolation possible, all the previous materials were removed, and running all the necessary wiring. Walls are starting to go up!

03-28-2025
This is the first round of HVAC deliveries! Old HVAC units were removed. Ceiling framing has been completed so we are moving on to closing up some walls, finishing wiring runs, and finishing framing in the lounge.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
03-10-2025
We got our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing permits! Full speed ahead. We filled in our plumbing trench with concrete which allows us to finish framing our walls. Electrical work is well underway, with power being pulled to all our rooms. HVAC vents are being installed! After HVAC vents are installed and electrical is finished, we can frame our ceilings and close the walls.
Framing Continues
02-05-2025
The rooms are coming together! About 75 percent of the framing has been completed. HVAC needs to go in before we can frame the ceilings. We are still waiting on permits for the plumbing trench to be filled. Once that is filled, not only can framing continue, but we will be able to start doing guided tours of the facility! More to come.
Framing Begins
01-20-2025
Interior vapor barriers have been installed. New plumbing trenches have been dug and installed. Once permitting clears, plumbing will be tested and the trench will be filled in. In the meantime, framing has begun!
Construction Begins

Permits have been cleared for demo. Full interior demolition begins to clear space for the new building floor plan!
Demo’s Done
12-30-2024
All interior demolition has been completed on the building. Cleared out and ready for construction. Next is to dig a new plumbing trench from the restrooms to the front of the building to replace old outdated plumbing lines.
